By far, the most popular choice is cremation. Depending upon your local laws, home burial may not be a viable option. There are three main options for cremation:
- Private Cremation which is the closest to human cremation. With this option, your pet’s remains are processed alone in the confines of the crematorium. This choice can allow you to witness the cremation with a private viewing and your pet’s ashes are returned to you.
- Individual Cremation which is the most common choice. Although multiple pets' remains may be in the crematorium at one time, they are cremated separately. Each pet owner receives their own pet’s ashes. This option generates a cost reduction due to its efficiency.
- Communal Cremation whereby multiple pets are in the crematorium without separation and their ashes are properly disseminated together. Pet owners do not receive their pet's ashes back with this method but it is the least expensive option.
Regardless of your choice, when you entrust our providers with your pet’s aftercare, it will be taken care of with the greatest respect and dignity.
